Curb Cut Permits in Boston, MA.

On February 1, 2013, The City of Boston Commissioner of Public Works issued new guidelines for obtaining a curb cut permit. A proposed curb cut plan must be submitted with the application, and must be completed by a MA registered civil engineer or land surveyor. The new guidelines can be seen here.
